SS Super Shear High Dish SmoothGrind® – A superb all purpose blade, this is the highest shear angle in the Freedom Cutter® blade family. It is the most commonly used blade, excellent on all low horse power machines, and for manufacturing thin parts. Use it for chip loads up to 0.006" per blade on metals 28 RC and below, and on Aluminum up to 0.018" chip load.
MTC-322 (Coated) GRADE:
- ANSI – A1.
- Type of coating – TiB2.
- For maximum lubricity and wear protection. Ideal for dry milling applications.
