Single end mills are designed for general milling operations. The spiral multi-flute design permits a faster and smoother cutting action.
Microshield AlTiN Aluminum Titanium Nitride:Increased thermal stability when milling high temp alloys and die/mold steels with a hardness of 52 HRc and above. Excellent for HSM applications. HSS and HSCO end mills cannot be coated with AlTiN.
