The SJ-411 Portable Surface Roughness Tester is a high-accuracy, portable skidded and skidless type with a high resolution drive unit and detector. It offers numerous innovative features to provide smoother operation and more accurate measurements in an easy-to-use, portable unit with a high straightness specification of 0.3-0.5 µm.
